Fitness

This Tour is designed for the "want to be rider" who likes a real challenge and would like to ride each road stage of up to 130km a day for 5 days and still see the Tour Down Under action. Each stage will be split into 4 stages of up to 40km. You will have ample opportunity for rest & photo breaks. There is no requirement to participate in each riding session or to ride the whole distance; likewise there will be opportunities to push your boundaries if you wish. Our support vehicle & guides are with you all the way. You get full support just like the pro riders. The race routes are challenging and we recommend a suitable training regime prior to this tour.

Note

By the nature of design of some of the road stages and enforced road closures, we are not able to ride the full race distance each day. We will however aim to ride the maximum distance practicable and allowable.

Details are subject to change.

A more precise daily itinerary will be sent to you when you register for this tour.
